Whether for business stays or relaxing getaways – this penthouse is a retreat in the middle of the vibrant city. The penthouse features two separate bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 cm wide). In the second bedroom, the two single beds (each 90 cm wide) can be combined to create a double bed with a width of 180 cm. Both bedrooms are equipped with a desk or workspace where you can work undisturbed. The second bedroom also has a TV. In the living room, if there are more than four guests, a comfortable air mattress (155 cm wide) can be provided. We are happy to assist you and are available for any questions. Outside, enjoy your private garden, balcony, and an uncovered terrace, plus access to a shared covered terrace. The mountain panorama creates the perfect backdrop for relaxing in untouched nature. You have access to 2 shared parking spaces on the property. Pets are welcome during your mountain getaway. Events are not permitted on the premises. This mountain house offers absolute tranquility and stunning mountain views—ideal for hiking, Nordic skiing, ski touring, and relaxation. The living and dining area with fireplace and the large sun terrace with panoramic views are perfect for nature lovers seeking peace. A laundry package with bed linens and towels per person is available on request for an additional fee.

This unique accommodation awaits you in Kühlungsborn harbor: a charming Seamaster 815 sailboat for up to 4 guests. There’s a separate bow cabin and a cozy saloon with beds right on the water. The boat features a private, well-equipped kitchen with a pod coffee machine, heating throughout, and, of course, stunning sea views. Additional amenities include self-check-in, access to shared washing machine and dryer (available for an extra fee), and proximity to public transport. Enjoy your morning coffee in the open cockpit, feeling the gentle sway of the waves and the authentic harbor atmosphere. Wake up to the sound of the sea and gulls, and experience the unique flair of a classic sailboat. Please note: One pet is allowed on board. Events are not permitted. Clean, well-maintained restrooms are available exclusively for you in the boathouse. There is also a simple toilet and washing facility on board. The onboard toilet must be emptied by you at the harbor house. Optionally, a linen package with bed covers, sheets, hand towel, and bath towel can be booked for an extra fee per person. You are also welcome to bring your own linen.
